Ordering and complaints
Please cancel your order by telephone at +49 (0)30-49879992 or by e-mail to service@greencreative.shop
The following information is required for the processing of your cancellation:
- Your order or purchase order number
Your cancellation will generally be processed within a few hours on weekdays
Payments already made will be refunded immediately to the payment method you used to pay for your order.
Questions about products
Free shipping of product samples is currently not possible.
Almost all of our products have no minimum order quantity. This means you can easily put together your own individual "sample package"
Shipping and returns
Return and processing period
Once your order has been delivered, you have one month to return your purchase to us without giving any reason. As soon as we have received your return, it will be processed within two working days and the purchase price refunded. Please also note the information below on the return address and how to process your return.

Returns processing
For returns of goods that you do not need or have ordered in error, you can request a return shipping label from us via the contact form or by email to service@greencreative.shop. We will then send you a link to the DHL returns portal with online franking for convenient returns processing. There you can download the finished returns label for your return immediately after payment.
Return costs currently charged by DHL:- Parcels up to 2 kg: €5.49
- Parcels up to 5 kg: €6.99
- Parcels up to 10 kg: €10.49
- Parcels up to 31.5 kg: €19.99 (incl. VAT)
For returns of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, you will receive a free return label by arrangement. Please do not return any damaged goods unsolicited!
We ask for your assistance in processing your returns:
- If possible, enclose a completed withdrawal form or a copy of the order confirmation with your return shipment. It is important that the order or order number is enclosed with your return so that we can assign the return without any doubt.
- As soon as your return arrives, the returned goods will be counted and checked for perfect condition within two working days .
- The purchase price of the returned, faultless goods will then be refunded using the payment method you selected at the time of purchase (e.g. PayPal, SOFORT, bank transfer).
